    SYSTEMS FURNITURE

1. What is systems furniture?
Systems furniture offers agencies a way to divide large, noisy office spaces into private work areas. Systems furniture allows you to create a variety of configurations by mixing and matching the three main components: panels, work surfaces, and storage areas.

2. Should moving companies do systems furniture relocations?
Many relocation companies do not receive the specialized training necessary for installing, reconfiguring, coordinating and servicing a wide variety of systems furniture. Movers are trained to pack and transport heavy and sensitive goods to ensure they arrive intact. Installers must be capable of interpreting complex design blueprints and making adjustments to accommodate job-site irregularities or last minute changes.

3. Do you provide electrical and data services?
No, but we can arrange for these services on your behalf.

4. Do you perform basic repairs?
Yes. We have repaired everything from keyboard trays, filing cabinets to scratched furniture and entire panel systems.

5. Do you perform basic furniture cleaning services?
Yes. We have the experience and special tools required to repair and replace fabric in existing panels. We also have cleaning machines specifically designed to do panel cleaning and chairs.

6. What can I do? My desk is not leveled?
At the bottom of desks and panels are adjustable glides. Turn glides clockwise to raise/counterclockwise to lower until the furniture is leveled.

7. My filing cabinet drawer won't close or won't stay closed?
If the filing cabinet won't close, open filing cabinet draw check to see if drawer is lock into position on tracks. If it won't stay closed, the filing cabinet drawers are not leveled correctly. Simply raise the front glides of the drawers.

8. My chair adjustments won't function properly.
Turn your chair over and make sure all the mechanisms are tightened. This usually solves the problem.

9. My keyboard tray won't function properly.
Check for loose components. If all components are tightened, lubricate the track and mechanisms.

10. My overhead light won't turn on.
In most cases, a loose light bulb is the cause. Gently turn bulb or gently push into housing connection.

11. What should I do with loose laminate trim?
You should apply contact cement to keep laminate trim in place. Then use tape to hold it in position. Remove tape after twenty-four hours
