Goodyear Launches New West Valley Office Project


The City of Goodyear hosts a new Class A office project underway from June 2021. Faith, Ledyard, & Faith, PLC (FLF), established in 1979 and the largest full-service law firm based in the West Valley has announced its West Valley office location at Goodyear Professional Plaza, a 25,773 square foot office complex that will be located at the northwest corner of I-10 and Bullard Avenue. Lawyers and partners Michael Faith and Paul Faith will own the building and their law firm will occupy half of the top floor, while leasing the rest of the building to advanced commercial services and healthcare professionals at looking for high quality Class A office space.

FLF has grown into a generalist law firm, specializing in a variety of legal fields including construction and real estate law, labor, business and government law, personal injury, criminal law, bankruptcy. and estate planning. When asked why they chose Goodyear for their new location, lawyer and partner Michael Faith said: “We believe that Goodyear, and in particular this region, is the future of the West Valley.”

In addition to this office project, the surrounding area is home to two new hotels, new restaurants and retail options, and the future home of a Class A medical practice project with plans to begin construction upon completion. from 2021.

The City of Goodyear is focused on bringing large scale office developments to the community. Another example of this commitment is Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ. In partnership with Globe Corporation, the project includes a new city hall, library, two-acre community park, over 100,000 square foot Class A office building and parking garage. Its opening is scheduled for summer 2022.

The West I-10 office submarket (Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye) continues to perform well with office vacancy rates of 8.6% versus 13.8% for the Phoenix metro, according to the Colliers report 2021 of the Greater Phoenix office market in the first quarter of 2021.
